NJACE attended the Medical and Mental Health Care for Teens and Young Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder Symposium on Tuesday, April 30 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, K. Hovnanian Children’s Hospital.
The Autism Symposium was attended by various providers including Pediatricians, Family/Adult Providers, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Residents and more. Topics included Medical Issues and ASD, Reproductive Health in Female Adolescents with ASD and Screening for Comorbid Psychiatric Risk Factors in Young Adults with ASD.
