Next week we are hosting small group discussions for training office staff and faculty focused on promoting trainee mental health and wellness. I hope the discussion will help us best support trainees as they return to a different workplace (and life) and prepare for what is likely to be a dramatically changed career landscape, at least for the next several years. The groups will be facilitated by mental health experts who have interacted with biomedical trainees through their work in the OITE and also, for many, through their private practices. The format will be Q&A and small group discussion; we will not take questions related to NIH policy and I strongly encourage you not to attend if that is what you want to discuss. Note that all times are in EDT!
