Aditi Doshi, Training Program Manager NJACE, and Leigh Gorman/Shannon Swope, Social Workers CSH, visited the CHOP New Jersey Transition to Adulthood Comprehensive Care (NJTACC) to learn about their transition program for youth and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they transition to adulthood, personally and medically.
