The New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) announced the Division of Housing and Community Resources (DHCR) will be accepting pre-applications for the lottery for placement on the statewide Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program waiting list.
Pre-applications to enter the lottery will be accepted from February 4th through February 8th between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The lottery is to gain placement on the statewide Section 8 HCV program’s waiting list.
