Children’s Specialized Hospital Family Faculty gathered parents and guardians to discuss important issues regarding Transition to Adulthood on Friday, May 24th. Topics ranged from ‘How to prepare for Transition’ from Middle School years, High School years, 18-21 years and 21 and Up to Medical Providers to Community Resources.
